This place offers a spacious quadruple room with a kitchen and benefits from a fantastic location in the heart of Jackson, close to the grand mosque and Al Haram.

Favourable and marvellous location, fairly clean hotel in general.

The staff were cooperative and good and helped with free parking. Exceptionally nice rooms with cable channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making machines. A bidet in the bathroom.

truly enjoyed mecca, the hotel was nice in the middle of jackson. the rooms were extremely spacious with kitchen. the location was favourable, really close to the downside hajar restaurant, grand mosque and taxi. al aziziyah district was worth exploring.

I had a very peaceful stay at this hotel with its serene surroundings. The hotel suite was fantastic with two rooms and a kitchen. The staff were quick to respond to my request to fix the water tap. The room service staff, Abd El Hag was amazingly polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 4-minute taxi ride away from the grand mosque. Transportation was a breeze with taxis available at any time, with a fare as low as 10 rials. Great value for my 9-night stay.

The room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was perfect for our needs; the location was convenient, close to the Hajar restaurant, grand mosque, and taxis.

Spent new year at a hotel near Masjid Haram, everything was excellent. The hospitality of the staff was heartwarming and professional. Convenient location made it easy to get to the prayer meetings and took just 4 minutes via a taxi ride. Rooms were spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette which was handy. Room service was excellent, and any request was heard and acted upon promptly.

The only challenge was getting a taxi from the prayer meetings at Masjid Haram back to the hotel as there was a huge number of people competing for taxis. It would have been ideal if the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to the prayer meetings.

Everything great.

Great location right in the middle of everything in the city, so it's super easy to get around. Also, it's really close to Al Haram and the grand mosque, plus there's the Hajar restaurant nearby too! 🕌

The suite with two rooms and a kitchen was outstanding and perfect for our weekend stay. It was also located just a few minutes away from the main attraction which was very convenient for us. the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests.

It was difficult to find a taxi when leaving the attraction due to the large number of people. the location was somewhat confusing to find due to misleading directions given by map apps.

The hotel had a relatively quiet location and was easy to access by taxi from the grand mosque. the room was spacious, with a kitchen and a comfortable bed. the staff was helpful and prompt in fixing issues, like a broken water tap. finding a taxi from the hotel to the mosque was not a problem, even late at night.

There was a downside to the location of the hotel, as the nearby Hajar restaurant had bad quality food.

The hotel suite at Safwat Albayt was magnificent with two rooms and a kitchen. The staff quickly fixed a water tap issue I had. The room service staff, Abd El Hag, was very nice, polite, and helpful. The hotel is also very close to Haram, just a 4-minute taxi ride away. The price for a 9-night stay was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.
